What do I need to Buy this Property?
Initially deposit $3,000 into our solicitor's trust account (fully refundable if you do not proceed) which will secure the unit of your choice for 10 days from the date a sale contract is issued to your solicitor or conveyancer. On exchange of contracts, we require a 10% deposit with the balance owing to be paid 28 days later.
Is the Property ready to be occupied?
On the Central Coast, we currently have a limited number of units for sale or lease (don’t miss out!) and have just released 14 units for sale off-plan which we anticipate will be ready for occupation in December 2020.
What is the pre-approved plan for the mezzanine?
As part of your purchase, we provide you with development consent (permission) from Council to add a second level (mezzanine) to your unit. We do not build them because we are not sure of the owners intended use. Once you have purchased your unit you can engage our licensed team of builders who will design and construct the mezzanine to your exact requirements and provide you with an occupation certificate (legitimizing the addition to your property) on completion.
When will the project be ready?
Central Coast units are available for sale or lease now. Our Newcastle development is coming soon. The site-plans are underway and we anticipate occupation by late in 2021.
